I described the Daisy Dress as dreamy because it's long, the length is below the knee actually unlike most of the dresses I make. The skirt is flowy because the pattern calls for a lot of fabrics and trim but its worth it, to make it romantic and flowy as I intend it to be. This dress pattern was inspired by the popular Strawberry Dress by Lirika Matoshi.
These two dresses that are featured in the pattern cover are made of daisy quilting cotton fabrics. The sleeves and skirts both have tulle trim on the hemlines.
I also made these dresses using tulle fabric and lined them with broadcloth fabric. I have made and sold a lot of these last Spring and Easter and my customers loved them.
Here is another version of the dress, it looks shorter because I used a lace trim on the hem.
And here are more photos of dresses made using the daisy dress patterns. These are all from my pattern testers.
This beautiful dark blue floral dress with wide lace trim was done by Michelle.
