The Essential Jacket for 18-inch doll clothes PDF sewing pattern

The Essential Jacket is a classic layering piece designed for your 18-inch doll’s everyday wardrobe. Featuring an open front, classic collar, patch pockets, and clean tailored details, it pairs easily with dresses, tops, skirts, and pants. 

Choose between cropped and regular lengths for two different looks. Make it casual in denim or cotton, or create a dressier version using prints, textured fabrics, and other lightweight woven fabrics. Add topstitching or embellishments to make it your own.

Materials:
•    1/3 yard lightweight to medium-weight woven fabric
•    Matching thread
•    Wash-away basting tape (such as Wonder Tape), optional
•    Basic sewing supplies

·     Recommended Fabrics: Quilting cotton, chambray, lightweight denim, linen blends, and other lightweight to medium-weight woven fabrics.
